hi i was going to go uni last year and my boyfriend made me feel so guilty for traveling so far away that in the end i didnt go! this year i no its what i have to do for me but the guilt trips are coming back and making me feel like the bad one, all you seem to be happy even tho your all living apart. i no im still going to go ahead with it but cant stand the arguements all the time......how do u all still make the relationships work with trust and stuff cause thats what his most worried about even though weve been together nearly 7 years! HELP lol! x

hey everyone, I'm lucky, as i'm moving closer to my boyfriend <3 lol. I'm in a long distance relationship now (he's in England I'm in Greece!) and we've been together for almost 3 years, so FINALLY. I'm so happy =) And Christie, if you feel strongly about eachother, i'm sure you'll work something out, so don't worry. But if you don't go to the uni you want because of your relationship, you'll regret it later, so be wise =)

Emma, you trust him im sure, just being at Uni n things like that gets worrying. Your other half being so far away at a place where meeting new ppl and having sex is bascially what its all about n them partying all the time will be hard. But just remember, you might not trust other people ie girls coming onto him but you DO trust him (tho my boyf doesnt seem to understand this!) Just trust him and make sure you talk to eachother everyday! xx

I'm going to Reading which is about an hour away from where I live so leaving my boyfriend shouldn't be that bad. I hope :)

My boyfriend left for Uni in October and eventhough he is less than an hour away, the new lifestyle was hard to get used to. Arguments started and I was only seeing him once or twice every 2 weeks. Also, because Im planning on moving further away (to leeds uni) at the end of this year it just seemed a little pointless. We're still great friends though..and eventhough we arent together its great to still chat n visit him. x

Hey. I will be leaving my boyfriend in Sept... We will have been together for over a year and a half by then so i suppose it might not be as hard as i imagine... i will be 4hours away from him and he wont consider moving with me cause he has a steady job up here in the highlands of Scotland.. I have considered staying up here to be with him but then again why should i sacrafice my future if hes not willing to move with me... I know if its ment to work it will.. and im willing to give it a go!
Just go for it and see what happens..
And all my friends keep telling me not to worry about it till nearer the time! Its so hard though!
xx
