Amazing, absolutly loved it, deff worth going to have a look at. From looking at it i think its the uni i wanna go too.

Main benefits-Very close to the train station, Accomodation only 1 or 2 mins walk away. Campus looks pretty new and is well looked after. I havent heard anything for Hallam yet as i havent sent my UCAS app off yet, i'm hoping to send it off tomorrow Hopefully i'll get an offer. I'm looking at studying there Forensic and Security Technology degree. How about you?

Ahh cool sounds ace.
Ah fair enougth, good luck :). So far ive only had a conditional from coventry still waiting to hear from my other 4. Ill be doing Computer Netwroking so i guess we'll both be on the same campus lol.

i went yesterday i thought it was very good, the place looks good it has a good atmosphere and all the staff etc are helpful and the information they gave for subject areas was good it gave you a good idea of what you would be covering etc. hopefully im going to be doing computer network engineering :D

i went too!! i thought the uni was very nice! but im bit bothered by the fact theres not many asians there.. i must of seen about 5 at the uni.. maintaining my culture is very important to me plus i want to be able to celebrate the festivals and stuff with people.. STUCK!

well there are more than one open day and the one i attended was a saturday so i dont think the place would of been that busy with students maybe you should try visiting the uni on a week day ?

Hey i went to open day at the weekend.. loved it. my top choice deffo. Didn't get a chance to look at the accomodation though so have to go back to look at that one day. What courses are everyone looking at doing?

Hey :). I really need to go on a open day, but i need to make time for it.
I received a conditional yesterday from "Computer Networks and Engineering" all tho im hoping to change to "Computer Networks". Either way ill be doing one of then :). This is defintley my first choice
What about you?

i'm hoping to do Forensic and security Tec. Just waiting for the kink in the chain(my tutor) to finish my ref. Its deff my first choice if i get an offer, absolutely loved the place.

Nah i couldn't get up there due to work, but got it down as an option for Architecture, i'll go have a look when i get an offer me thinks.. What were halls like if anyone checked them out?

I had alook at The Exchange which i think is there most expensive accom. It look pretty good, rooms were bigger than i thought. Building looked well maintained and the common room was a fair size. Unfortuatly i didnt get to look round any other accom but from what i've heard its all pretty good.
