Information pack from the union

Hi when did everyone receive the information pack from the union desrcibing all the events?

I only received mine this morning and iv just noticed on the back of the booking form for the different events that it has to be returned by friday 5th september!! and thats today!

 Have i received mine late or is it an error?

Well I received my details of freshers week today.

I am technically a 2nd year going back to a 1st year course. Didnt get all I got last year, but the details on freshers week I did get today. If you are worried about freshers tickets, they do usually have some on sale when you get there, but very limited. Believe you may also be able to get them from online as well? Try www.shef.ac.uk/union

Hi I only recieved mine yesterday. Im not sure where on the site you can pay for tickets online tho, does anyone else know??  Im particularly wanting to go on the endcliffe bar crawl   :)

I just have no idea what to go to...are people buying these things in advance then?  it's so expensive as well. :( and there's so much happening, I don't want to buy a ticket for things no-one is going to, and vice versa, i don't want to miss out! is the freshers ball a definate d'you think? £30 is a lot of money. :( x

Becca i feel the same i dont want to be left out or have no one to go with. I wonder whether you can sell the tickets if people you meet arent going.

I think im going to definitely get a ticket for the freshers ball dont know what to do about the rest though :s
