Did you do A-Level RS because I am and I'm worried that because I find it so difficult, I'll find the course just as hard..but I really love the sound of the Theology/Religious Studies course and I'd be so willing to work at it...thank you.

What texts/books did you need cos i haven't received the reading list yet ? Also, is it necessary for your bible to be a certain version/edition? xx

Hey I've just finished too.

You don't need to have taken RS, I know a guy that didn't and he's doing really well in the course, and I know people that found it hard at A level then found the first year easy. IMO A levels were harder than first year.

As for books I didn't buy any except the Alistair McGrath one (Introduction to the christian tradition). The library is full so you can just use those. The recommended the oxford university press version of the bible but it doesn't matter as long as you have A bible. We ended up using 3 different versions in essays to contrast them (tip: use internet bible because you can copy/paste quotes)
