so ive only just got a letter today, for the final confirmation thing, that u only have to sign and send back, for student finance. i was a bit late with the rest of my student finance details earlier. my friends got theirs a while back, so i was just wondering if anyone else has just received theirs, or is it just me? i dont mind getting my grant a week or so late, so long as it comes, but just wondering if i am going to get it late, or if others have also got it recently

I got a reply last week sometime. I reckon doing it on the website is seriously dodgy, it messed up so many times for me, I ended up driving across the county with my dad and the form to get it checked and handed in. lol

"the last letter ive got is them telling me how much im getting on which
dates and ive never been given anything to sign so I dunno" you must've been, else they wouldnt have sent you the payment schedule letter. The thing you had to sign was that green slip that came with either the provisional financial notice or the final one. I forget which. It outlined the terms and conditions of the loan and you also had to sign that the information you've provided is correct.

xsugar_fairyx wrote the following message...the last letter ive got is them telling me how much im getting on which dates and ive never been given anything to sign so I dunno! same here. All my letters have been from SFD and then this one came from SLC last week saying how much goes into my account for the loan and grant, and on what dates. And it says when the tuition fees get paid aswell (50% in feb and 50% in may apparently)
I haven't got anything to sign. Never had anything to sign apart from signatures required when filling in the form when first applying for loan/grant money.

xsugar_fairyx wrote the following message...i signed that the information i provided was correct on a green slip that was slotted in with the PN1 then you're fine then, because that slip also outlined the terms and conditions. That was all they wanted. If you've received your payment schedule letter then it means that everything's done. All you have to do is bring that, along with your final financial notification to enrolment then you'll get your loan. so don't worry
