Hi Chris. You send your clearing passport to the university that you wish to accept a place with. When they have this, they update UCAS via Track and we send out your confirmation letter. If you are unsure or getting worried. Call the university that you have your place with and check that they have received your clearing passport.

Thanks. Taurus has been back in touch I called my uni to decline the place. How will I know when UCAS have recieved this information so that I can go into Clearing

Hi there Taurus. If you were a 2007 applicant and have cancelled your place, you will be waiting on the university to completely withdraw you from the 2007 application scheme so that you can reapply in the 2008 scheme using the clearing lists. To check if your 2007 application has been withdrawn you will need to try and log in to Track, if you are unable to do this, please call us on 0871 468 0 468 and we will advise you as to whether the cancellation has happened. As soon as you have been withdrawn, you can make an application in the 2008 cycle.

Baz is concerned about having the money to pay his tuition fees on time I was just wondering, I'd got a decleration letter like a few weeks ago but a couple of days before I got that letter I just remembered to send off my parents P60 and PN1 forms. I rang them today and they said we still need to assess that and I said well I'm movin in 10 days and he said it wont be done in the next 10 days etc. I was wondering, when do the university want the tution fee's paid? Will they mind if its a little late?

Hi Baz. For all enquiries regarding student loans and student finance, you should contact the student loans company. You should give your university a call to discuss the fee payment options available to you

And yougo regular Pupster has also been back in touch I'm not sure if you'll be able to help with this or not, but I'll try anyway. I've heard from my uni what day I go and enrol on, I've had the accommodation contract through, but so far I've heard nothing from the school of education at the uni. Should I ring them if I haven't heard by monday?
