How is everyone's revision for module 6 exam 2moz going, mines dreadful nothing seems to be sinking in

done quite a bit of module 6 its going to be quite difficult but i just do the last papers n just stick at it. tips just read it over n over again and look at mod1,2,4 to make sure u have background knowledge for the synoptic element though that doesnt tend to be to difficult good luck anyway im sure ull be fine x

its tommoro and i am freaking out lol had an exam this morning and haven't been able to relax since it....so am finding it hard to focus and find motivation for biology......hopefully all works out though i have revised like mad for it lol good luck for tommoro!

How did people find it?
I do the Human Biology syllabus so would haev been a bit different but some questions are the same.
I'm the only person in college who took the Human specialism instead of normal biology so had to sit in my own row =/ !!

I really struggled with the exam yesterday, how bout eveyone else? i didnt get on well with the synoptic stuff so dreading the module 8 exam on wednesday

i did aqa b mod 5 on friday, wasn't too bad but i'm still not sure
got microbes + disease on weds
not looking forward to the synoptic essays aaagh!

not looking forward to the synoptic paper at all :P i'm not good at mathsy/lab stuff so I always end up getting hardly any marks for that bit, relying on doing well on applied ecology and hoping for a good essay title!

Synoptic exam tommoro : [ not looking forward to the prospect of it at all. Trying to do past papers and they are so damn specific in the mark schemes grrr.

They are quite, but I've found the mto be good memory joggers. Think I'll be fine on the essay, but one of the past sets of structured questions was on PKU and that's very faint in the old memory.
No other human bio's then..?!

hey how did everyone find the biology? i do spec B and microbes unit. microbes and some of the synoptic was a bit tricky but loved the enzyme essay question! hope you all did okay =D

What did you think of unit 9?
I found the structured questions a bit tough in places... but I did the humans and microorganisms essay and felt that went well. The essay questions for unit 8 were completely different! But the still had the crop plant, cow & tapeworm questions.
